In 2016 architect Elena Athanasiadou took on the challenge to convert an industrial building to a residential complex, offering recreation spaces and facilities to cater for visitors’ short or longer stays. Thus EVEL’S Home Suites was established.

Residencies are shaped in such a way so as to cater for the needs of our visitors and to offer them affordable accommodation in the historic center of Thessaloniki.

Welcome to EVEL’S in Levels. We hope that you will enjoy your stay (6th and 7th levels), have a blast of a “mysterious” time in the “SERIAL KEY” (3rd level) Escape Rooms, and enjoy your breakfast or coffee break in Level 0.
